Expectations…
- Serve on 1-2 committees (duration varies)
- Attend monthly HOA meetings
- Fulfill workday commitment (4 – or more – out of 10/year)
- Participate in Common Meals cooking rotation (every ~5-6 weeks)
- Commit to use Consensus Decision making process
- Commit to addressing community disputes through Group Process/Mediation
